Stay away from defy appliances

Worst product ever..i will never again buy a defy product.. Bought a hub and oven at game waterfall mall in Rustenburg, two months later the glass on the hub broke and the stove was not in use at the time,noting on the stove, took the hub back to the store, it is only then they explain to me that they warranty does not cover any glass on the stove,and i specifically asked does the stove have any warranty, and they said yes.. Defy technician came to the store to check the stove, they just took a picture and left saying they will get back to me...i have been without a stove for the past month..defy call center is not helping with anything, been calling them to get an explanation but they apparently do not know whats going on,, We will get back to you, that's the song they are singing..
