Stay away from DEFY

DEFY 4 Gas Burner Model DGS170. Beware here guys, this company, in my opinion, does not have your best interest at heart. I have been battling with this company now for months over the issues that we have experienced with our Gas Stove model DGS170. The unit has many design flaws and there is no available solution for it. We have had our 7th unit supp**** to us now and they have the audacity to ask us how we are cooking our dinner and what we are cooking in it suggesting that we are using the unit outside of personal use. There is a problem with the product itself there is an issue with the design and avoid this model at all costs. Let's talk about customer service. It's nonexistent, not one call from management just hand me downs from call agents, email warriors, and paper pushers. Finally, when you do have somebody come and sort out a delivery of a unit it comes with a passive-aggressive tone and attitude that in my opinion is not welcomed and should not be accommodated at all. This is a true case of lack of leadership, that we as South Africans should expect poor service based on the fact that the product is cheap. what a load of BS. I have 5 appliances from this brand, based on my experience I will not continue to support this brand. I shall be taking my business elsewhere.
