Stay away from Defy!!

Possibly the worst customer service in South Africa right now, top loader is faulty (less than 12 months old), customer service cannot do anything besides sent out a technician who uses a ***** driver to bend points in the machine, phone the main office and absolutely no replies nor any management available. I will never ever buy defy again
