Sold Faulty Oven unit and being ignored.

I bought brand new Defy Masterchef Oven from an outlet. After installation discovered that it was faulty.

Defy sent a technician out and he confirmed it was definatley faulty and would need to be replaced. I had to follow up on this with Defy, no one bothered to call me. I was told by George at Defy ********** 000, that I must please be patient as there is quite process to get me a new unit, he said that I would get my stove the next week, I understood this all. Monday: No phone call, left numerous messages, no one bothered to get back to me.

Tuesday, after holding and holding and leaving more messages with still no response, He eventually takes my call and says 'I need to understand what a mission it is to get ovens out of the factory". Promises to call back... still nothing. I just need to know when this is happening so that I can arrange to be home. Maybe George could understand what a mission it was to get a loan and take the risk by spending all this money. My dissapointment is undescribable. Maybe Defy could understand what a mission it is to get hold of them as it takes an average of 5-7 minutes for their call centre to answer and although I am now very well educated in EVERY SINGLE APPLIANCE that is their "hold song" has told me about, I would really appreciate some communication... I think that a little respect is worth the R11 800 I risked on this product.
