Sold a defective stove without a recourse

I bought a DEfy stove from fair price last year October, so far I have had to log 3 incidences, 1st the plates came loose then the technician came to tighten them, secondly, the oven inner glass door just shattered out of the blue while I was preparing dinner. I had just had the oven on for about 10-15 minutes at 150 degrees. They came to replace it without providing me with the reason why that happened. Thirdly, after the glass incident, the oven is not working . It turns red when trying to use it but the heat is just not enough to grill the meat. I logged a call for this but was told that the oven is working just fine since it turns red. My frustration is, I cannot bake or grill the meat still. I tried it again at maximum heat and for 30 minutes but the chicken still came out raw. This is frustrating. I have got videos to prove this

It seems defy just doesn't care about customers, not even a poor rating would get it moved. I am still left in limbo from February when the oven glass shattered suddenly. The oven never worked since then. What frustrates the most is having to deal with call center agents who keep asking same questions all the time, promising to do something about your query to no avail. I got a glimpse of hope when the Defy technician came last week but it turns out that it's all the same. No feedback is provided though he had promised that I should hear rom defy last week Friday.
