Soiled foods

I purchased a freezer and not even four months later it stopped working, bearing in mind it was full of meats. I refuse to go through my insurance as this will up my premiums and it's a brand new freezer that is suppose to have goods in it and that is what I used it for. They came out to fix it ( not replace as per game pavilions sale pitch) the gentleman that fixed it said it was a a factory fault and he had to re weld the gas line. He even commented on my meats that had gone off. I was not impressed and after numerous calls and emails to the Springfield management, still no joy.
