So I am not a Defy owner, never have been I have been a true LG fanatic since marrying 20 years ago

So I am not a Defy owner, never have been I have been a true LG fanatic since marrying 20 years ago. I would love to see if Defy could match the LG brand for reliability, ease of use as well as a new aesthetic. In 20 years I have only had to replace a 4 slice toaster but the wear and year is understandable, so yeah come on Defy change a die hards mind...if you can?
