Shoddy Workmanship

I think by now Defy knows me. I have had their technicians in my house on numerous occasions and i never seem to learn my lesson with their products i just keep on purchasing their brand and end up frustrating myself. Last year I bought a front loader from Hirsch DBN for my niece in JHB that machine and they can check their report cards It has been a problem from day 1 it has been swopped out twice seen to once and now again another problem with this model. I am sick to death with this model of machine and I really want either a credit passed to hirsch for another brand of front loader or Defy you need to get another reliable front loader asap to my niece in JHB. By the way your staff are also a bit *********** when it comes to swop out. I have had so many calls from JHB to say are you home we dispatching your machine and i say no please dnt do that as they delivered one a month ago and a few days later another call saying the same thing. So on service delivery I can say you guys are fine but on your products you selling you guys are a huge ZERO. and I am sure you have had many complaints with this washing machine Defy WMY91443 This machine costed me a fortune it was bought in sept had a fault in december and exchanged only in January as you guys could not do a dec exchange then again in march and again in may and not so in theory this darn machine which was exchanged in jan is not even a year old and you guys have come out 3 times.
