Shockingly poor quality

On 18/01/21 bought a new chest freezer as mine packed up after 15 years. I was shocked at the quality and poor finishing. The casing or body of the freezer is gaping away from the back plate, the one front wheel is completely skew and protruding out under the freezer, there seems to be some of the “sealant” which had leaked out at one spot inside the freezer. This appliance was supposedly quality checked and passed but goodness alone knows how and by whom. I have lost all faith in Defy, firstly there was my glass hob and double oven and now this. NEVER AGAIN will I buy ANY Defy product or appliance.
