Shockingly poor quality

I purchased a double door fridge/freezer granted many years ago, but soon afterwards pieces of the piece that the shelves slide on kept breaking, as well as the front piece of smoked plastic of the shelf. I've taken the one off completely now. Its now at the stage where each shelf is all skew and lying in each other. I have to lift them ALL up, hurting myself, to try get something out. Then its a battle to get the shelf back in as it and the others need to be lifted up. What absolute ******* quality does Defy sell???? I have an Ocean, 30 years old, thats still in perfect condition!!! I went to the Pretoria branch, found the details on the Internet, only o be told they moved to Midrand MONTHS ago. Cant even update their google details!!!! Got through once but Eddie didnt answer his phone. Sick of trying to phone. Some tape message about call forwarding or something comes on and then you're cut off, over and over. Defy I'm disgusted in your product, professionalism and the fact that I must now battle so every time I need something out of the freezer. Its not like your products are cheap!!!
