Shocking Sevice

<p>Defy service came to my house on friday to have a look a t a faulty gas burner. This is still under warranty.</p> <p>When we got home on friday the repairs were not done. Nou call to say sorry or an e-mail. I had to phone the service centre only to be greeted with attitude. The part had to ordered. And you were goint to tell me when???? Very very bad service</p>
