Shocking service from Defy!

Shocking service from Defy! Ref no. 863937. My washing machine, which is still under warrantee, has not worked for 2 months. The technician was an hour late the first time he came to look at the washing machine. The second time he called to move the time and then was still an hour and 30 minutes late, upon arrival he tells me sorry he has brought the wrong part! With no response 2 weeks later I called to eacalate my complaint to which they said they would get back to me immediately, have heard nothing for a week. Absolutely fed up now.
