Shocking Service I have reported a repair for my Grondig Fridge took them tow weeks to contact me then someone came couldn't fix it took them another tow weeks to send another technition his diagnosis the part is broken he said he will order the part and replace it? it's been tow month now now comunication they are on strike so g-d knows how long I am going to wait maybe if I'm lucky next year. the truth they deserve no stars. it is the firs and last time I'm ever punching Defy Big Mistake Never Again! that's all I can say.
