Shocking Service (again)

Absolutely useless service - 2 year old washing machine broke in August 2020 - took 6 weeks to repair. Broke again now, 9 months later - have waited 3 weeks and the been **** to by the repair agent, told he doesn't have to "deal with people like me", he only ordered the part on the 14th despite inspection on the 3rd, makes excuses. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will NEVER buy a DEFY again.
