Shocking Service

Shocking Service from Defy centre. I logged a call two weeks ago already. This has been the third time in 2 months that I asked a technician to come out and nobody seems to fix my washing machine.

When I phone the last time , they said the technician is waiting for a part. Firstly I was never informed that a part was needed , and secondly the call center said they will phone me back. I am still waiting.

I want someone ASAP to come out and fix my washing machine or replace it with a new one.
