Shocking customer service
Defy has the worst customer service i have ever experience in my life! I will never purchase their products again. the empty promises and the lack of work ethic is of utter disgust. I have dealt with the call center agents which was not always satisfactory and didn't really shock me that much. BUT coming from the supervisor Ismail, and his lack of customer care. that's shocking!!!
