Shocking after sales service

Bought a fridge 6 months ago and it.stopped working. Since it.was under guarantee a technician came to.fix.the fridge but took 3 weeks to bring the part and.I had.to throw.away all my food which obviously went off and not even top.management were interested in my complaint.or.reimbursing me.for.groceries, etc. Having to have been thrown away due to.NO fault of.my own.
