Shattered Expectations

<p>On 20 June 2016 I informed Defy Montague Gardens that my recently replaced oven door glass shattered again. I requested what I could do as this was not normal. I have not received a response. On 6 July I again contacted Defy Montague Gardens via email and explained to them what happened and that no normal use of the oven should cause the oven door glass to shatter. I have not received a response. I emailed Defy Complaints on 24 August 2016 @ 12:30 and is yet to receive an answer.</p> <p>I will definately think twice before buying ANY Defy appliance in the furutre and their service is definately not something to brag about.</p>
