service on defy fridge

<p>Well I bought a defy side by side fridge in 2012/2013 at okay furnishers Randfontein and I paid</p> <p>R10 000 cash for that fridge. Well my problem is I dont have any factorty gaurantee/ warrnty left on that</p> <p>fridge (Last year Dec ws the last of my warrenty), now I`m sitting with the very same problem I`ve been sitting with ever since I bouth that frigde.</p> <p>my fridge side does not cool at all???? Defy can check on their system that every year since purchase date I had to phone</p> <p>for a service consultant to come out. Defy never ever made any sugestions to exchange the fridge because of that one constistant problem. Well I have to say that I am highly disapointed in Defy and their products. When I bought that fridge I bought it with peace of mind knowing that defy products are good but cleary I was mistaken. But now I know for future references not to waist my money on their products ever again. I`ve lost R10 000 all thanx to Defy. I`m highly dissapointed in defy, obviously will u trust a product you grew up with but I guess I was wrong .</p> <p> </p> <p>leozel fortuin</p>
