service is very very bad

My Name is Thabo, i bought a Defy Double door fridge at Makro in March 2022 and it was faulty cos it sounded like an old scarp car, then i exchanged it in June 2022 got a new one but still it sound like an old car whenever it makes noise during the day and at night an according the technician's that's how Defy fridge supposed to sound and its so embarrassing and i regret buying Defy fridge in my life and now I'm stuck with this noisy crazy sound since I'm not getting help as i request for a different model or my credit back and my next step is consumer protection act
