service delivery on maintances

@Defy_Appliances Good day Please kindly note i have bough a stove last year at game store and the oven has given in , we contacted the store they took 1 week too send a defy technician out , he said he call me back once he has the part name Mark he has not called to give usany feedback i have asked when will he arrive said today and now he is not here after i had booked a day off, i called too ask him what time will he be arriving he said he forgot to contact me and he will come tomorrow and he cant give time this is not professional and its not how you treat customers you nee too communicate and on progress of the part now i have too run around for tomorrow he dropped the phone in ear if this is the case i will load the stove in my bakkie and drop it at the store and i would like my money and my delivery money too shop somewhere else.
