SERVICE?
i live in a retirement village in which you had the priviligege of supplying over 400 houses with gas
cookings tops and ovens. This is my third year after moving in. I cerntainly did not expect to
have problems with the gas stove soo soon. Have never received a guarantee certificate.
So therefore I do not know what the period is. However one of the switches was giving problems and then
split in half. Besides the fact that I seem to have difficulty with this switch I am not sure why I am smelling
gas. Not sure if the connection is affected but I bought 19kg which previously lasted a year about 3 months ago and it is finished. Yesterday I drove to hardware places to get a new switch, Melville, Emmarentia, Parkhurst,
Bordeaux (Gas and Camping) they sent me to Necsa and all of them do not stock your parts WHY. They gave me your address situated in Denver. I am 73 years of age and do not need this type of problem in my life.
Why on earth do you not enclose at least one spare switch in the pack when you sell it especially if it is so difficult to find a place where I can get spares.
