SERIOUSLY UNHAPPY WITH DEFY!!!

I bought the top of the range dishwasher (Defy Cornerwash) from Defy, paid a top of the range price for it! It is at the end of the warranty period now, The machine has a problem, the bottom spray arm is touching the bottom rack. Technician Simiso was called out (ref ***), he was most helpful and did his best, He reported back to Defy that the machine is not repairable. But Defy refuses to replace my dishwasher. My dishwasher cannot be repaired BUT DEFY REFUSES TO REPLACE THE FAULTY MACHINE WITH A NEW ONE, I AM SERIOUSLY UNHAPPY WITH DEFY. I AM DONE WITH DEFY IF THIS IS THE QUALITY OF SERVICE I RECEIVE FOR A TOP OF THE RANGE DISHWASHER! BEWARE OF PURCHASING A DEFY CORNERWASH DISHWASHER FROM DEFY!!!
