Sales on Lies

I purchased a washing machine from Take A lot. Invoice number ***6. The invoice specifically says the warranty will expire 21 October 2024. I have proof of this. When I contacted Defy, they said they will not make good on the warranty as Take A Lot is wrong with he warranty expiry. I contacted Take. A lot to say that I bought this with this warranty and I need the warranty promise to be upheld. They asked for an order number (***9) which I gave them and now I hear nothing from them at all. So between Defy and Take A Lot, no one wants to honour the warranty for my purchase.
