Rusty products

Bought a 4 plate defy stove only to sit with rusty plates. Not even a year of using it. I am told rust is not covered. I don't let my stove to play in water and used a cheap 2 plate from shop rite for 9 years. The stove rusted but never the plates which means either hi fi is selling damaged products or defy is making cheap products.

I am horrified to hear that rust on a stove top is not covered. I spent all my savings to purchase a decent product and utterly disgusted that I have wasted my money at hi fi
