Rusted fridge element

I complained to Defy via email regarding my fridge which has a badly rusted element after just 5 years. I'm no expert on refrigeration, but my understanding is that this should not be happening to a fridge after just 5 years.

My initial complaint was made 23/11/2020.After several emails, I received a phonecall from someone in December to say that they were awaiting feedback from the factory.

I've received no follow up since.

This is quite horrible service from Defy who can barely respond after 4 months
