Rusted appliances

<p>Hi, Im posting for a friend... she has a DEFY Microwave that she baught about 2 to3 years ago and half of the bottom part is full of rust... and has a hole in the bottom caused from the rust... as you can see in the pictures i posted. I really think this is unacceptable for a big brand like DEFY to have this problems and now she cant use it anymore because we dont know if it will effect the food that she wants to reheat... so what can i do with this microwave that is still in a great working condition... its only good for nothing... and ive seen that it could be the wrong cleaning chemicals that i use but i strongly doubt it...so can i give this thing back to DEFY to see if they can fix it or can they please just replace it so that we can go on with our lives?... this is not the type of standards that i want to buy from DEFY...</p>
