rust

I bought a side by side fridge 5yrs ago at game.about 2yrs ago I saw the back part inside the fridge started to rust as it makes a bubble then the poxy coating start to peel off an then it's rusted underneath.it's the first time I c a fridge is doing that.it's still working perfectly but it's a health hazard.I don't know were to go to as I relocated to cpt and of course guaranty is expired.
