<p>I bought a defy washing machine at game kolonnade mall last year October. The washing machine came with a 2 year warranty with which I was adviced to extend. So I paid more for the washing machine because I extended it for another 3 years. My washing machine stopped working 3 months back and I decided to visit game kolonnade so that they can fix it. When I got there, they contacted defy and within a week defy came to fetch my machine to fix it. I got a call from defy a week a later saying good that I must pay R2500 for my machine to be fixed since it was my fault the machine stopped working. I asked them how it is my fault and they couldn't give me a proper explanation, so I told them to return my washing machine. Ever since then,for about 3 months till now, my helper is using her hands to wash my clothes. I am disappointed with defy and I would like this matter to be resolved. </p>
