Restored faith in Defy

I reviewed Defy previously and was scathing in my criticism. Today I want to say: hats off to Defy! By following the correct procedures and remaining in contact with the assigned technician - who was able to help me monitor the appliance - we were able to make a case to have it replaced and Defy has offered to do so! So, thank you to the Western Cape Defy team; you have restored my faith in the brand.
