Requesting my refund or brand new machine

I bought defy 15kg twin tub washing at OK furnisher Groblersdal , machine washes only 1 load OK furnisher log fault in February ,technician came but same problem continue ,they log another fault in March ,techician told them that they ordered the parts ,we always receive phone calls from Polokwane that the techician is on the way to fix machine but no body came. Last fault ref ***
