Replaced my double fridge as game policy

I bought my double door fridge at game 2017 since then it was repaired more than 4 times ,according to game policy if the appliance is being repaired more than 4 times it will be replaced,but defy service manager Lucas Letsoalo he opted to service my fridge,they took my fridge last year and gave me a loan fridge that isn't working properly ,defy must replace my fridge as game policy ,i don't want the fridge that was repaired more than 4 times please
