Repairs Payment Harassment

We have been faithful Defy appliance users for years.

Every Fridge we have owned has been a Defy fridge. We recently called them for a fridge repair and they sent Welkom Appliance Repairs. They told us that Defy would settle the repair amount the next thing we know over the weekend we were being harassed by the owner of the company breaking down our gate demanding payments.

This is highly unacceptable as if there was a misunderstanding it should have been handled better without the verbal abuse and harassment that we were dealt with.
