Refusing to exchange my broken blender

I bought a stick blender from hifi cooperation in April and the blender stopped working I tried returning but they wouldn’t take it because they said the jar was damaged. The jar was obviously going to be damaged because I was using it but my main problem was the blender that stopped working. I’m so angry because I use this blender.
