REFURBISHING OF GAS STOVE

I sent my 6 plate Defy gas stove and oven to the Defy service centre, Montague Gardens, in about June / July. I had to phone numerous times just to get a quote that took nearly a month. I then called them every few days and it had not been repaired and they were waiting for parts. We then called again no one answered, as this has now been going on for months and am no closer to getting my Stove back. I think I have spoken to everyone at Defy Montague Gardens and am now turning to Hello Peter as a last resort.
