I bought a twin tub washing machine in May of 2021. Drain pump broke and washing machine is still in warranty. Call center staff is rude and unhelpful. Sent 2 emails gotten no response. Tried phoning head office nobody answers the phone. After sales service of Defy sucks. Stay away from Defy.
