Bought a Defy Laundro**** 13kg back in 2004. Last month was the 1st time ever I had a problem with it. It stopped pumping water out for which I simply replaced the water pump and we are washing again. Hopefully for another 20years. Also last month.... My air-fryer died on me which was still under warrentee.... I took it back and took a Defy as replacement. Quite impressed with it compared to the old one. Even has a see-through basket with a light so that you dont need to pull your drawer out every few minutes to check on your food.
