Problematic top loader

<p>I have been having the same problem over and over with my defy top loader. The spinner keeps messing around and defy repaired it more then 3 times already in fact they had it by their workshop for two weeks also and I still had to phone to ask when I'm getting my machine back. To crown all of this my husband already paid this machine in full and has extended guarantee nd warranty on it. </p> <p>I want a new machine as they said if the same problem pops up again they will replace it. </p> <p> </p>
