problematic defy fridge leaves us rendered with no proper usage for months.horrible

defy is supposed to be reputable and a trustable quality brand . I purchased my fridge and its been a nightmare. horrible service and defective products.

my defy fridge has been faulty and problematic since inception . I called the store that I purchased from awaited 2 months before a defy assistant came in , evaluated and did nothing, no job record either, never reported back. I contacted the helpline and still no assistance.

my fridge inside is leaking like rain , all my food items have spoilt on multiple occasions costing me so much money becoming mouldy and green . I'm unable to use my fridge after paying so much for it, delays and no customer service leaves me rendendered without a fridge for months. no feedback also
