Poorly manufactured goods

I bought a defy microwave in October last year which to date I am now on my 3rd one 34ltr convection microwave oven the last one was bought on 14th November last year from macro in ottery. I am so disgusted all 3 has the same problem the casing of the microwave is loose it keeps rattling when u use it and not only that the whole case is about 4 cm away from the front of the microwave it has never fallen and hardly gets used how can 3 different microwaves have the same problem it's clearly a manufacturers fault I bought a defy fridge against my better judgement and the condition it came in twice was pathetic I still have the pictures he fridge was so damaged and poorly done that the glue was very visible to the eye the pipe at the back was broken through the fridge it got to a point that after a month we had to be refunded an went with hi sense best decision ever since when did defy become this way I always though so highly of them now I see they are just a money making brand high prices for very poor quality bear in mind these two appliances were purchased from different stores very bad
