Poor workmanship and terrible product

I purchased a Defy Kitchenair Multifunction Thermofan DSS497. The stove and oven was completely warped that it could not seal by the oven door or the warmer draw. A Defy representative came out and looked at the appliance and took photos and said that we should take the oven back to the Game store where we bought it and change it for a new one (100kms drive for me). Today I returned the warped oven and collected the new one and this one is possibly worse off. The dents in the side of the oven are so noticable and there are paint chips and one of the baking trays are missing, there are rubber stoppers and *****s also missing. This is so unacceptable and if this is the kind of service and workmanship that Defy offer then I think I should consider changing brands.
