Poor sevice

Service and repairs what a bunch off incompetant people I phone and place and warrenty repair and the operator told me on Wednesday 31/10/2018 that the technision would be coming out to my house on 02/11/2018 and when i phoned again to confirm the time the tecnision woiuld be comming out they all of a sudden cant get hold of him. this is very poor service . i spoke Kgomotso and my jpb ref number is993268
