Poor Services( Faulty Fridge)

I bought a fridge in March 2021. It has been giving me problems ever since. Two technicians have came in to fix the same problem of the noise.

I called in November 2022 to report this constant problem. The consultant i spoke to mentioned that the fridge is on the wrong setting i should put it on setting number 4. I woke up with all my food being frozen.

As we are speaking the fridge is still giving me problems. And one of the managers that was handling my case said he will NOT REPLACE THE FRIDGE. My question is What should i do? What if this fridge goes out of warrant? Who is going to pay for it to be fixed?.

This has been an ongoing problem and defy seems to do nothing about it.

Kindly go on my profile and listen to the call that took place in November with a consultant who gave me the wrong information which is now costing me money. I am really not happy with your service. It’s giving me hell.

Can you guys take your fridge and give me my money back. I honestly cannot be begging you to fix the fridge for more the 2months. On the 6th of January the manager called Kiran promised to send a technician. Today is the 26th of January i am still waiting for that Technician.

I’m definitely fed up on this poor service.
