Poor service, lasck of feedback

I log a complaint 7 days ago and got a response from DEFY that someone will contact me. I never got a call from anyone. This is now the 3rd time that im complaining on the side, with no positive feedback. Its like they care less I can complain till I get blue in the face, who cares. Xmas is round the corner and I want my fridge repaired. This is totally unacceptable and I hope (wish me luck) to get feedback today.
