Poor Service from Defy & Makro

Purchased a fridge freezer from Makro, the fridge fan motor stopped working and the freezer section is not working. Raised the problem with Makro (Paul) Around about December 2018. To date problem not resolved , my freezer is not working . Not sure when the technicians will be coming to repair my freezer. In the meantime all my freezer stuff is completely defrosted . Lost all my stuff.
