Poor service for Defy repairs

I bought a fridge at OK furniture 3 years back, it was delivered by 2 men and one of the men who delivered was Ezekiel Bimenyamana who happened to be a defy technician, he advised us to call him if we ever have a issue with the fridge because he leaves in the delft area. We called him at the end of September and he came to the house and checked the fridge and said we need to pay for a freezer gadget and he took the old gadget and never came back. The payment of the amount of R570 was made to Ezekiel’s on the 2nd of October 2024 and we can provide the proof of payment from capitec. Ezekiel disappeared and blocked us everywhere. It been 2 months and he hasn’t came back to us. After the ******** from Defy deceived us,we contacted Defy directly for the fridge repairs on the 21st of November 2024 and Defy said the will send a technician, a technician by the name of Joseph came on 22 November 2024,to check the fridge and we paid R690 for call out fee, he then said he needs to order parts. He too disappeared and Defy sent several messages that an agent will come, they then said he will come on the 3rd of December, and he didn’t call or show up. We have been begging defy to come and we spoke with an agent named Ruben who was extremely rude. we’ve been ****med by the technicians and defy the company. When the technician who came for the call up we told him about Ezekiel ****ming us and they knew him and called him a troublemaker. Defy should account for employing ********s. We have supporting documentation from our interaction with defy and the technicians..
