Poor service.

My 13 kg machine is cutting off and not finishing a full cycle of washing. I logged a ticket with Defy to come of and sort out the problem. This all took place in December , so i am patient enough for them to resolve the issue. To date nothing happened. when enquiring we were told the warehouse is closed , they say that the warehouse does not stock to repair my machine. Defy cannot supply me with a replacement until my machine is fixed. How long does this company take to resolve a simple issue?????. Defy you have taken my money...
