Poor service delivery & rude behaviour

In Feb 2015 I bought a Defy washing maching at OK Furniture Robertson. 3months later it broke but still under warranty. Reported the incident and a Mr Venter from Montagu subcontracting under Defy SA and co worker came to fix the machine. They showed me the damanged part and said they need to order and replace it. They bypass the machine to still work.4months passed no feeback. I had enquire and only then Mr Venter called to confirm when I'm available to replace part, he never came. Yesterday 25/11 @ 18:34 I called for the 1st time to enquire when he rudely responded: \listen here until what time do you work? I Politely rep**** until17:00"he sarcastically rep**** \""I work till 16:30 don't ever call me while I'm off work and your'e interfering with my private time\"" I was shocked and said \""I apologize and did'nt realize the time"
