Poor service delivery from Defy for our Tumble dryer that is still under warranty

<p>To my disgrace , after a huge struggle to get Defy eventually to get they're technician onsite after waiting 2 weeks for someone to come and fix and resolved the Tumble Dryer , it is still not fix , in fact it is now even worse then before , I have come to realize that we will never by any Defy product ever again</p>
