Poor Service Delivery

I laid complain 3 weeks to Durban Defy Technician dept regarding the malfunction for my fridge. I called numerous times & eventually when the answered they came & fixed the fridge & changed the fan but the fridge is still not cooling properly. We called in again for them to come and check but still did not come. The same day I asked them to check my stove, he checked & gave a price for it spare, which i gave them my approval. When i called in a week ago they told me that they are still waiting for the spare to arrive & cannot give me a firm date as to when they will be able to fix my stove. They have the worst service delivery with communications & tending to resolve a problem in a specific time frame.
